SUPER SILLY SUMMER SUNDAYS

Summer is different in Studio 7.

Wild and wacky fun takes over for the next 9 weeks during the Super Silly Summer Sundays. Each Sunday has a different theme including Crazy Hat Sunday, Alien Sunday, Super Hero Sunday and as always, our famous Back-To-School Olympics.

There will be lots of games, silly songs, and fun. But don’t worry, each silly theme has a strong Biblical lesson included. The fun begins Sunday, June 10, upstairs in Kids Paradise during the 8:15 and 10:45 a.m. services of Kid’s Church in Studio 7.

You don’t want to miss a single super silly moment!

Spring Connection Groups

Our next 8-week session of Connections fellowship groups begins the week of April 22 and continues through the week of June 10. If you’ve never been part of a Connections group, this is a great time to get involved. We meet in groups of about 12-15 in homes all across town, and share time in connecting with one another through fellowship (often revolving around food, of course). We connect with each other spiritually through a brief time of Bible study, pray, and go home. Because we value your time, Connections meetings run no longer than 90 minutes. Groups meet on various days and at different times, so pick up a brochure to find one that best fits your needs. You can sign up to be part of the same group you were in last time, or join a new one if you wish.

Sign-ups are taking place from Sunday, April 1, through Sunday, April 15 at the Connections table in the lobby. Group sizes are limited, so be sure to sign up early.

Easter Egg Hunt

Our 22nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place Saturday, April 7, from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the North Campus. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m., and the first egg hunt will start at 9:30 a.m. There will be four separate egg hunts with prizes and several other activities. The schedule for all activities and egg hunts is listed below, and handouts with that information will be distributed at registration. Please make sure to check the schedule to see what time your child’s egg hunt begins.

Registration is free, but we would like every child who attends to bring one bag of individually-wrapped candies. We will be giving out bags of candy to all kids who attend. If you would like to donate candy or a new toy that we can use for prizes for our egg hunts, you may drop them off in the wagon in the foyer beginning Sunday, March 18.

We will also have a missions fundraiser, The Great Easter Egg Drop. The goal is to design a “capsule” that will protect a raw chicken egg dropped from at least 25 feet. The fee is $5.00 per entry, and all money raised will go to BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge). This event is open to adults and children, and registration will take place in the foyer the day of the Easter Egg Hunt. Be sure to register early! The Drop will take place right after the last egg hunt.

You will find the rules of the Great Easter Egg Drop by clicking link below. You may also pick up a flyer at the Information Counter, Kids Paradise upstairs, or call the office at 239.543.2700, and ask for Ronna or Pastor Pete
