The new session of GriefShare begins Sunday, January 26 at 5pm in our church’s choir room. This is a friendly, caring recovery group that will walk along-side you through one of life’s most difficult experiences.

If you or someone one you know is hurting because of the death of someone close, join this weekly GriefShare group. This video and discussion-based group is open to everyone, including those who don’t attend Faith Assembly. A $15 workbook is recommended, but there is no cost for the class.

Ladies’ Bible Study

Our Ladies’ Bible Study is returning on January 27 through March 23. We will be having identical studies on Mondays at 7-8:30pm and Tuesdays at 10am-noon. The participant guide costs $10.00, and we will be studying “Expecting to See Jesus” by Anne Graham Lotz. Childcare will be available by request only.

Do we know the signs of Jesus’s return? Are we living Expecting to See Jesus? It’s easy to be complacent, comfortable, or busy—so it’s important to be intentional in our study of God’s Word. Especially as we study Matthew 24, this study will be contemplative, helping us experience an authentic, richer relationship with God which will give us renewed passion for Jesus. Most weeks the home study is moderate – averaging 4 days a week reading a passage of scripture and answering 4 questions. Don’t miss out on this wake-up call.

We will provide the targets and equipment if needed. Come on out Saturday, January 25th at 9am in the clearing behind the Main Campus.

Then we’ll have our annual BBQ picnic! Please bring a dish to share and your outdoor chairs. Meat and drinks will be provided. All are welcome to attend the BBQ and archery event, even if it’s your first time.
